Missy and Muffin reviewing a Hong Kong dog-friendly outing map at the DogDogHK field desk

Two dogs, one very long list

Meet Missy on the left and Muffin on the right. They're our two Pekingese mascots and weekend walking partners. Those walks help us tell the terraces with actual water bowls from the ones that only look welcoming on Google.

dogdoghk is a small, Hong Kong-made directory of restaurants, cafés and weekend spots that actually welcome dogs. We start from the government's official Food & Environmental Hygiene Department (FEHD) register, then match every entry to OpenRice so you can see photos, opening hours and reviews before you go.

Why we keep checking

Hong Kong moves fast. A place can close, change ownership or quietly drop its dog policy between Monday and Saturday. This is how we keep up:

What you can expect from us

Data source: FEHD's 允许狗隻進入的食物業處所 / 'dog-friendly food premises' list, refreshed weekly.

Got a spot to add, or know one that closed? Email hello@dogdoghk.com. Cantonese, Mandarin and English are all welcome.

A dogdoghk listing means the venue has registered with FEHD to permit dogs. House rules, size limits and outdoor-only policies still vary, so please confirm with the venue before you go.
