A dog-owner's guide to Festival Walk
Festival Walk has a published pet programme, but it still needs a tenant-by-tenant plan. Its pet page says around 90 shops welcome pets and names six food premises that allow dogs. Each tenant may nevertheless set its own rule. The L2 Concierge lends pet strollers and potty pads, so call 2844 2222 for details before relying on that service.
Address-linked restaurant records include Va Bene, Tonkichi, Moon Palace, Bliss Chinese Cuisine and Ana Gura. Use the names to decide whom to call. Ask whether the branch is among the current permitted premises and whether it can accommodate your dog in a carrier or stroller. A restaurant directory entry does not settle the answer by itself.
The three-level car park has 830 spaces and EV charging. Monday to Thursday is HK$24 an hour; Friday to Sunday and public holidays are HK$26. Enter between 5pm and 11:59pm for the first hour free without spending. Same-day electronic spending of HK$200 gives one additional hour, HK$300 gives two, and the daily cap is three free hours including the first. There is also an HK$100 overnight offer from 9pm to 8am. Redeem at LG2 Concierge from 11am to 11pm or in the app.
Festival Walk is easiest when you use the published list as a starting point, not a guarantee that will never change. Pick one restaurant, contact that branch on the day, then decide whether to bring your own stroller or collect one from Concierge. The nearby Kowloon Tong dog park and Beacon Hill walk can make the mall stop part of a wider outing, but they do not change the indoor rules. For drivers, the no-spend first hour only applies to entries after 5pm, so an earlier arrival needs the normal rate or a qualifying spend.
A good Festival Walk visit starts with the restaurant confirmation, then a borrowed or personal stroller, and finishes with enough time for the parking redemption.
The published service and parking redemption both have stated hours, so an evening visit benefits from a quick check before you set off.
If you are combining the mall with an outdoor walk, bring water and a secure carrier rather than assuming the concierge stock will always be available.
