The full guide

A dog-owner's guide to Harbour North

Harbour North is a North Point waterfront complex where pet access is allowed under house rules, rather than a blanket free-roaming arrangement. Keep a pet in a stroller or carrier, or secured by a leash, and check with each tenant before entering. Phase 2 1/F Customer Care, open 10am to 10pm, lists stroller and accessory lending, drinking water, wipes and poop bags. Ask about the current VIPet Park arrangement too, as it is promoted for eligible The Point Gold or selected members.

Kokoyu, Harbourview Grill, 18 Grams, Umimachidon, Riva, LITM and Sky Blue appear in the linked restaurant records. Those names make a useful shortlist, but restaurant access is not guaranteed by the mall rule. Confirm the policy with the venue before you go, particularly if you want a leashed dog rather than a carrier at the table.

Parking is HK$33 an hour Monday to Friday except public holidays, and HK$38 on weekends and holidays. The Point members can redeem one or two hours: weekdays HK$200 gives one hour and HK$400 gives two; weekends and holidays require HK$400 and HK$800. The cap is four hours. Lower thresholds require one receipt, while higher tiers accept up to two same-day machine-printed receipts. Redeem at Phase 2 1/F Customer Care between 10am and 10pm. Four EV super-chargers are in Phase 2 to 3 Zone A.

The useful detail is that the mall rule and a restaurant rule are separate decisions. A carrier, stroller, or secure lead may satisfy the common-area requirement, yet a restaurant can still decline entry. Call with the equipment you intend to use in mind. If the visit is mainly for the waterfront setting, Customer Care can be a sensible first stop for water, wipes, or bags before browsing. Keep the parking receipts machine-printed and redeem during the stated service hours; a late exit can otherwise turn a planned discount into the standard hourly charge.

For a low-stress trip, choose the restaurant first, carry the appropriate equipment, then check in with Customer Care if you need supplies or parking help.

The member-only VIPet Park is an extra to ask about, rather than a facility to assume will be open to every visitor.
