IFC Mall is connected to Hong Kong Station, but its pet policy changes by floor. On the ground floor, a pet may be carried, placed in a stroller, or leashed with a lead no longer than 1.5 metres. On Levels 2 to 4, it must stay in a fully enclosed stroller or carrier. Each owner may bring at most two pets. The mall does not lend strollers, carriers or cleaning supplies, so arrive self-sufficient and use passenger lifts with a stroller.

Falcone, La Rambla and KiKi Noodle Bar are the current restaurant records linked to this address. IFC Mall says dogs cannot enter restaurants or supermarkets, so the list should guide your wider food research, not a plan to dine indoors with a dog. Ask each tenant about any current exception or alternative arrangement, but do not expect the ground-floor leash rule to apply to food premises.

Parking costs HK$32 an hour from 7:01am to 11pm and HK$18 an hour overnight, every day. One same-day electronic purchase of HK$300 gives two free hours and HK$500 gives three. Up to HK$2,000 spending, using at most three same-day receipts, can earn one four-hour complimentary valet-parking coupon. Redeem at the Podium L1 Concierge before collecting the car. Valet parking otherwise costs HK$60 an hour.

IFC Mall works best when the carrier is part of the plan, not an emergency backup. The fully enclosed requirement above ground floor is stricter than many visitors expect, and the mall does not lend the equipment or cleaning supplies. That makes a short shopping or pet-supply-free errand easier than an improvised day out. The restaurant records can still help you choose where to eat before or after the visit, but the mall's stated restaurant ban should be taken at face value. For valet redemption, retain eligible receipts and redeem before you collect the car.
