The full guide

A dog-owner's guide to K11 MUSEA

K11 MUSEA's published dog space is the Bohemian Garden. Domesticated dogs and cats are welcome there, with dogs on a leash no longer than 1.5 metres and no more than two pets per owner. Dogs should have a rabies vaccination and all pets should be vaccinated against common infectious disease. Do not leave a pet unattended, control noise, and clean up immediately with your own sealed bags or tools. B1 Concierge lends strollers from 10am, with return by 9:30pm.

The linked restaurant directory includes Cannubi Enoteca Cucina Tuber, Glasshouse Greenery, DAB-PA Artisan, Kilo Steakhouse, Kaiyo, Red Room by LUBUDS, Greyhound Cafe Galleria, Golden Blossoms and Elephant Grounds. These entries help choose what to ask about, but individual shop policies apply. Contact the restaurant before relying on a dog-friendly table, even after using the garden.

Parking is HK$30 an hour Monday to Thursday and HK$41 Friday to Sunday and public holidays. KLUB 11 members can redeem two hours for HK$200 or three for HK$300 Monday to Thursday. On Friday to Sunday and holidays, HK$500 gives two hours and HK$800 gives three. Receipts must be registered for K Points.

Bring vaccination records if appropriate, a 1.5-metre or shorter lead, and your own cleaning kit. Use the garden as the dog part of the visit, and make any meal a separately confirmed plan.

The garden is the part of the visit with a clear published walking rule, so keep the route centred there rather than assuming the same access elsewhere in the building. The two-pet limit and short-lead rule matter even when the garden is quiet. The restaurant list offers many options for a separate human meal, but the direct check remains necessary because each shop sets its own policy. Drivers should register receipts for K Points before expecting the KLUB 11 privilege, and should confirm that membership and the day-specific spend threshold match the planned visit.

If borrowing a stroller, allow enough time for its return by 9:30pm. The B1 Concierge number, 3892 3890, is the practical contact when a current detail affects the visit.

Confirm any restaurant plan before travelling with your dog.
