The LOHAS

The LOHAS has a detailed pet policy. Domesticated dogs and cats must be carried, in a stroller or carry bag indoors. On the podium they may walk on a leash of up to 1.5 metres. Restaurants and supermarkets are off-limits, except guide dogs and dogs exercising lawful powers. That makes the food plan clear: eat without the pet inside those premises, or confirm another lawful arrangement with the tenant rather than expect ordinary restaurant access.

The L3 Customer Service Centre lends pet strollers, and lots 1C005 and 1C006 are pet-priority spaces. Use the podium and nearby promenade or waterfront dog loop for the dog portion of the visit. Parking is HK$22 an hour daily. Until 31 July 2026, HK$200 same-day electronic spend earns two hours and HK$400 or two Emperor Cinema stubs earns three. Stated weekday dining and evening offers can provide more time, up to four hours, subject to the listed conditions and two redemptions per vehicle. Check the current promotion before driving. Directory records include Modern Shanghai Imperial and Beans Bakery. The mall's restaurant restriction still governs the visit.

The policy makes this a better place for a walk and errands than for bringing a dog to lunch. Modern Shanghai Imperial and Beans Bakery are helpful directory leads, but the restaurant restriction remains in force. Use the podium for the dog, then make a separate arrangement for food. The nearby LOHAS Park promenade and waterfront dog loop give the outing more room than the indoor mall.

The stroller loan at the L3 Customer Service Centre is useful when arriving by MTR or changing plans, and the pet-priority spaces at 1C005 and 1C006 make driving less awkward. The parking promotion has a 31 July 2026 end date and limits each vehicle to two redemptions a day. Check the current offer before setting off, keep the receipts, and do not assume different privileges can be combined.
