A 24-hour waterfront stretch running through the old Kennedy Town / Western Harbour reclamation area, with a small pet corner where dogs can be off-leash alongside the promenade walk. Sheltered seats line the way so it stays comfortable in drizzle, and the loop ties directly into the University of Hong Kong and Sands Street lookouts via a level walkway. Best for late-evening walks — cool breeze, harbour lights, and almost no traffic.
Before you set off
The Instagram Pier (the old shipping-container lookout at the end) has been closed since March 2021, but the dog-friendly walkway and pet corner remain open all day.
