Olympic Station is on the Tung Chung Line, so the route from Central or Hong Kong Station is direct (one interchange at Hong Kong Station). The address sits inside West 9 Zone at 38 Cherry Street, Tai Kok Tsui — the entrance from Cherry Street is at the ground floor of Shops G08-G11.

• Bus: Cherry Street and the surrounding grid run KMB routes 12, 13X, 31B, 33A, 36A, 43C, 44 and cross-harbour 905 within a 3-minute walk at the Cherry Street / Anchor Street junction.
• Step-free entry: yes — the West 9 Zone ground-floor frontage is at street level on Cherry Street; wheelchair users can reach the dining room directly without ramps.
