Doggo Fest is back this November. Is your dog ready?

Doggo Fest returns in November 2026. See what happened last year, decide whether the crowds suit your dog and pack for a full day outside.

If you only put one large dog day on the 2026 calendar, make it Doggo Fest.

Hong Kong’s premier outdoor dog festival is confirmed to return in November 2026, with sponsor and exhibitor recruitment already open on the official Doggo Fest site. Exact public ticketing dates and the final site map were not yet locked on the homepage when we checked (6 August 2026) — treat November as the firm month and watch the organiser for day-by-day times.

Think expo, playground and a very busy lawn

Doggo Fest is built around dogs first: outdoor play, brand expo booths, workshops, photo spots and live entertainment. The 2025 debut drew 100+ brands and 50+ activity hosts, with highlights that dog owners actually use:

  • Doggo Expo — large outdoor pet brand marketplace
  • Off-leash / play zones (design supported with trainer and vet input in 2025)
  • Interactive workshops (training, care, lifestyle)
  • Photo spots & main-stage energy

2025 sat at West Kowloon (Art Park / Great Lawn). For 2026, confirm the final venue on the official site before you travel — large outdoor festivals sometimes shift lawns inside the same district.

Will your dog enjoy it?

  • Owners who want a full-day outdoor outing with their dog
  • People shopping serious gear (beds, food, training tools) with festival pricing
  • Social dogs that cope with crowds, noise and other dogs
  • Humans without dogs are welcome too — useful if you are fostering or considering adoption

Skip or keep it short if your dog is noise-sensitive, reactive on lead in dense crowds, or heat-stressed. November is cooler than summer, but Hong Kong sun still bites at midday.

Pack for a full day, not a quick walk

  1. Valid AFCD dog licence + rabies vaccination + microchip details (carry the e-licence).
  2. Short lead + backup harness — festival floors get busy even when play zones exist.
  3. Water, collapsible bowl, waste bags — do not rely on booth stock alone.
  4. Mat or small bed for queueing / resting between zones.
  5. Exit plan — know a quieter corner or nearby promenade if your dog overstimulates.
  6. Ticket type — 2025 VIP sold out early; book as soon as public sale opens.

Save a quieter table for afterwards

After a long outdoor day, pick a dog-friendly table instead of squeezing into a packed mall food court. A few DogDogHK listings that work well as “festival weekend” dinners:

We will update this post when exact dates and ticket URLs go live. Until then: block a November weekend, keep your dog’s paperwork ready, and treat Doggo Fest as the outdoor anchor of Hong Kong’s dog calendar.
